Introduction

Ingredients

  • San Francisco white rice, 1 small glass

  • Water, 2 glasses like the one with rice

  • Beef, 200g

  • Carrots, 2

  • Green pepper, 1

  • Onion, 1

  • Green peas, 50 g

  • olive oil, 1 tablespoon

  • Soy sauce, 4 tablespoons

  • Rice vinegar or white wine, 2 tablespoons

  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1


We start by cooking the white rice



Step 2


Cut the beef into thin strips, wash the pepper, peel the carrot, and cut them together with the spring onion into long strips similar in size to those of meat.



Step 3


In a pan or heat the sesame oil over high heat.



Step 4


Saute the strips of meat with a pinch of salt for a couple of minutes without stopping stirring until they take on color and reserve them.


Step 5


In the same pan add the onion, carrot and pepper and sauté them over high heat for about 3 minutes without stopping stirring, add the vinegar, wait for it to evaporate, add the peas and the soy sauce and leave it with the fire to the minimum for about 5 minutes, because the vegetables have to be al dente.


Step 6


Add the strips of meat that we have reserved, raise the heat, add the rice and sauté the whole for about two minutes, stirring from time to time or shaking the pan so that it does not seize.


Step 7


Remove from heat and serve immediately.
