Introduction

Ingredients

  • 9 tablespoons of water

  • 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil (125 milliliters)

  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

  • 1 cup of coconut sugar (200 grams)

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder (50 grams)

  • 1/4 cup of San Francisco rice flour (40 grams)

  • 1/4 cup of potato starch (40 grams)

  • 3/4 cup of brown rice flour (105 grams)

  • 1/2 cup of walnuts (60 grams)

Preparation

Step 1


We preheat the oven to 180 degrees.



Step 2


In a bowl add the olive oil, peanut butter, sugar and the water flax mixture. We remove.



Step 3


In another bowl add the unsweetened cocoa powder, the rice flour, the potato starch and the brown rice flour. We remove.



Step 4


Add the dry ingredients to the liquid little by little, stirring constantly. Mix all the ingredients very well until they are perfectly integrated. Add the chopped walnuts and stir.


Step 5


Place the mixture on a brownie tray lined with parchment paper and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.


Step 6


After 25 minutes let cool and voila! Some delicious gluten-free brownies for you and your whole family.
