Arrocera San Francisco, offers a simple recipe book that will allow you to prepare exquisite dishes with the variety of products that we offer to our clients. Give a special touch to that celebration, or simply venture into providing a different option for a spectacular meal.


  • 4 eggs

  • 200gr of San Francisco Rice Flour

  • 25gr of White Sugar

  • 50 gr of Vegetable Margarine

  • 500ml of milk

  • Salt


Step 1

In the bowl of the mixer, add the eggs, the flour, a pinch of salt and the sugar. Then, add the half liter of milk and the melted margarine. Now we beat until everything is well integrated.

Step 2

We put a frying pan with a drop of olive oil over high heat and when it has the right temperature, we pour a little of our mixture.

Step 3

We leave it for a minute or so, we check that it detaches well from the pan and now we have the option of turning it over so that it cooks well on both sides, or to add whatever we want in the middle and close the crepe.

Step 4

We serve and eat. Bon Appetite!!
