Introduction

Arrocera San Francisco, offers a simple recipe book that will allow you to prepare exquisite dishes with the variety of products that we offer to our clients. Give a special touch to that celebration, or simply venture into providing a different option for a spectacular meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of San Francisco rice flour

  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon of salt

  • ½ cup unsalted butter

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • 2 big eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup of milk

  • Sugar to decorate to taste (optional)

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat the oven to medium temperature. Mix the baking powder, flour and salt in a small bowl. Let rest.



Step 2


In another bowl, beat the sugar and butter at medium speed for a few minutes. Add the eggs one at a time and continue beating for a few more minutes until fully incorporated.



Step 3


Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and beat on low speed until smooth and thick. Stop beating and add the vanilla extract. Beat again until incorporated.



Step 4


With a spoon, place the mixture on the baking paper filling them up to ⅔ of their capacity and add a little sugar on top to form a sweet and crispy crust. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let them cool down well before eating.
