150 grams of rice flour
5 grams of baker's yeast
20 grams of powdered milk
20 grams of extra virgin olive oil
150 grams of milk
125 grams of plain yogurt
w/n liquid sweetener (to taste)
a few drops of vanilla extract.
Put the rice flour, the baking powder and the milk powder in a bowl, mix well. On the other hand, put the eggs, extra virgin olive oil, milk, natural yogurt and liquid sweetener to taste, also add the vanilla extract.
Pour the liquid preparation into the bowl of flour and mix until you get a fine and homogeneous dough, it is quite liquid.
Then place on a tray and shape until round.
Bake at 175º for 20 minutes and let cool.
